Terms of Service

Please read these carefully, and keep them in mind if you're interested in commissioning me! I try to be very clear and upfront as to prevent misunderstandings.

By donating, purchasing a digital product, or commissioning a service from me, you agree to follow these terms. I reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes to terms during an active service do not take effect with the specific user in question until the commission is complete or the next transaction and/or exchange of money.Last Updated May 5th, 2026
- Clients are expected to interact with polite language and patience. The use of slurs, hate speech/symbols towards any protected group, or other aggressive language is disallowed.
- I reserve the right to post my work to social media.
- Payment and payment plans for commissions will be agreed upon upfront and is required before files are shared with client(s).
- Personal information (aka irl info) you share with me (PayPal accounts, email, name(s)) will not be shared publicly or shared with a third party.
- Usernames/character/persona/fursona names may be shared publicly giving credit to the design(s) used in commissions or in the Trello waitlist.
- You are allowed to edit what you receive afterwards, so long as you're public about changes after the fact when sharing on social media.
- You can use for personal needs however you'd like, so long as it's legal or is not intended to target harm towards anyone.
- Commercial use is not assumed and may have additional fees if requested. Commercial use includes reselling the files I've made, in part or whole, modified or original, and/or including them in livestreams and/or videos shared to social media (i.e. YouTube, TikTok, etc.). If you would like commercial rights, please contact me to discuss it.
- Do not use my work in part or whole with AI, NFTs, or the like.
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason without specification. If it's partway through a commission and work hasn't been finished, a partial refund will be considered, and is not guaranteed.
- You may use code "tos" on my products as a thank you for actually reading my Terms of Service (don't share this with anyone please).
- Changes after commissions have been completed are accepted, but may incur additional fees.
- Visual references are required for commissions. You do not need a full ref sheet but at least one full body image is necessary for all services, though some services may require more. NSFW references are allowed but must be thoroughly censored (black bar covering everything, not blurred).
- If you share my work to social media, please credit me and do not remove any watermarks.
Failure to follow these terms will result in blacklisting from future commissions and purchases. Attempting to bypass blacklisting will result in your known aliases to be shared publically.
